Vision and Values

Our church in Ballyfermot exists in order to reveal God's heart to the people of Ballyfermot and surrounding areas. The goal of our church is to honour God and make Him known. Our desire is to reach out in relevant ways to our community with God's love and truth. To impact our city and influence our nation for God.

Core Values

We want to serve the purpose of God together and as we do that our desire is that:

Jesus will be the centre and focus of all we are and all that we do.

We will develop as a vibrant and growing group of people where ther is evidence of a deep love for God and for each other.

We will become a people who pray earnestly, laugh joyfully, feel compassionatley, worship enthusiastically, serve humbly, give generously and live properly.

Philosophy of Ministry

We consider the following dynamics to be important as we seek to serve the Lord and others.

Fellowship and Relationship: God has intended that His church be a warm and loving place both in terms of meeting with Him and meeting with others.

Attitude and Atmosphere: We believe that Christ-like attitudes help to create an environment that is conducive to learning and making progress.

Teaching and Sharing the Bible: We believe that learning to be disciples of Jesus through His Word is a challenging, positive, joyful and productive process.

Ministry and Commitment: We belive that good works and service to God should be in togetherness and teamwork and should lead us to experience a satisfying and fulfilling Christian life together.

Purpose and Destiny: God has good plans for our individual lives as well as for our local church. In our church we encourage everyone to commit themselves to participate in three important areas in the life and ministry of the fellowship. These areas are:

Worship - This is the area in which we serve God.

Work - this is the area in which we serve one another.

Witness - this is the area in which we serve the world where we live.
